Max R. Laubscher takes over the company and is named its managing director and established it as one of the leading suppliers of medical equipment for operating theatres, sourcing most of its products from England and the United States

Relocation of the company to Hoelstein, next to Basle
The company is one of the leading suppliers of solutions for anaesthesia, arthroscopy and otolaryngology

1998

Certification in accordance with the general quality management standard ISO 9001 and the standard for medical devices ISO 13488 (now 13485)

Robert Laubscher-Vogt takes over the company and is named ts managing director

Werner Hügin (83), eminent physician, pioneer in the field of anaesthesiology, where he was the first Swiss to habilitate; from 1963 to 1978 chief physician of the Institute of Anaesthesiology and extraordinary professor at the medical faculty of the University of Basel, initiator and founder of the independent Swiss Society of Anaesthesiology, which has existed since 1952.
